The land of the Marche have been inhabited over the course of the centuries by various populations of different ethnicity and with differing customs and traditions distinguishing them. Still today it is possible to admire the finds which confirm to us the presence of the Picena and Roman civilisations. Even more evident and interesting from an artistic perspective are the medieval and renaissance works, testimonies which are striking for their originality and impeccable conservation.
